La Cuesta is located in the Big Bend Ranch State Park about 14 miles west of Lajitas. It is one of the few river access points in the area.

Colorful rocks photographed in Dunquin Harbour, County Kerry, Ireland. It was a very wet, windy and rainy day making it hard to photograph.
The Ballycotton Lighthouse, built in 1851 and it is located in County Cork, Ireland. It was operated by keepers until 1992.
Dunquin Harbour is a very famous landmark and is frequently visited by tourists. I stopped there one day and found these great boulders.

Austin lakes are full due to the torrential rains. Water released from the dams is rushing downstream. I decided to photograph the rapidly flowing river.
The iSimangaliso Wetland Park was high on my list of places to visit during my trip to South Africa. I used my ND Filters to photograph its wonderful beaches.
I made this photograph by using my Neutral Density filters. By doing so, I was able to extend the shutter time to over one minute and capture the “silky water”.
I had the opportunity to travel to Maui in the spring of 2015. What a wonderful island. I spent time hiking the trails near the Pools at Ohe’o and taking sunset pictures near Kapalua Bay.
