St. Dympna’s Church
St. Dympna’s Church, was part of my recent trip to Ireland. Although I was there to play golf, I took time to sight see and photograph.
Valentia Lighthouse
Valentia Island is a great place to visit. The Valentia Lighthouse is maintained by the Commissioners of Irish Lights. The lighthouse light guides vessels from the sea and leads them through the northern entrance of Valentia Harbor past Harbor Rock.
Cross at Slea Head
The Cross at Slea Head is located about half way along the Slea Head Drive on the western-most part of Ireland in the Dingle Peninsula.
Abandoned Irish Home
An abandoned Irish home near Waterville, Ireland along the Ring of Kerry. The home is located across the river from Waterville Golf Links.

Dunquin Harbour is a popular photography location in Ireland. Located at the tip of the Dingle Peninsula, it was a port for the Blaskets.
Bray Head Tower
The Bray Head Tower sits on the western end of Valentia Island. It was used for centuries as a lookout against invaders.
Skelligs Lighthouse
The Skelligs Lighthouse is located on the southwestern peninsula of Skelligs Michael and continues to provide safety to mariners at sea.

St. Fionan’s Monastery is located on Skellig Michael just off the Kerry Peninsula in Co Kerry, Ireland. I visited it in the summer of 2017.

Skellig Michael is one of the most amazing places in Ireland. Located off of the Ring of Kerry, the island is full of history and intrigue.

The Ballycotton Lighthouse, built in 1851 and it is located in County Cork, Ireland. It was operated by keepers until 1992.
