Torc Waterfall

Once my Ireland golf vacation was over I turned my attention to visiting the wonderful sites that Ireland has to offer. One of the stops was the Torc Waterfall. The waterfall is located about 5 miles from the city of Killarney (in County Kerry) and is one of the main attractions along the 200 kilometer “Ring of Kerry” and the Kerry Way walking tour. It sits within the Killarney National Park which is a top tourist destination in the country. I highly recommend visiting the waterfall but be sure to get there early as its is crawling with tourists during the middle of the day.

This image was taken with my Sony A7R II using my Sony FE 16-35mm f/4 Lens set on 30mm. The camera was set on Manual Mode with the aperture set at f/11, shutter speed at 1.3 seconds and the ISO set at 100. I used a tripod for stability and a polarizer filter. This is a single image processed in Lightroom and finalized in Photoshop using Nik Color Efex Pro.
