I photographed this Baboon at the Table Mountain National Park in South Africa last year. I spotted him after I photographed the Tidal Pool that I posted yesterday. He was eating insects plucked from the grassy area near the parking lot. He was quite occupied so I was able to get a decent photograph. He looked to be an older male. I guess we all get grey hairs around our temple area…

This image was taken with my Canon EOS 5DS using my Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L II Lens set on 400mm. The camera was set on Aperture Priority mode with the aperture set at f/9, shutter speed at 1/320th of a second and the ISO set at 500. This was a single image processed in Lightroom and completed in Photoshop using Nik Color Efex Pro.
