Another desert sunset from my trip earlier this year to Big Bend National Park. I posted another sunset last week. This image was taken slightly earlier. I like this one because the blooms from the Ocotillo in the foreground are backlit by the setting sun. As I mentioned on the other post, the clouds were not interesting this evening but I like how the starburst created by the sun and the small aperture look.
This image was taken with my Canon EOS 5D Mark III using my EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM set on 24 mm. The camera was set on Aperture Priority mode with the aperture set at f/16, and shutter speed at 1/40 at ISO 100.
