Many people, yours truly included, plant this in their gardens and flower beds. That is where I found this nice specimen yesterday morning and decided it was a great opportunity to shoot this very nice flower. The camera was set on <a href=\"http:\/\/tkahler.com\/blog\/glossary\/aperture-priority\/\">Aperture Priority<\/a> mode with the aperture set at f\/9, shutter speed at 1\/250 and ISO at 2000. It was a bit windy and I don&#8217;t have a flash for this setup so I had to boost the ISO to get a faster shutter speed. \u00a0And, since it was outdoors, I had to go with a higher aperture in order to balance the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tkahler.com\/blog\/glossary\/depth-of-field\/\">depth of field<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/tkahler.com\/blog\/glossary\/bokeh\/\">bokeh<\/a>. \u00a0A tricky shot that turned out OK. \u00a0Processing was done in Lightroom and finished in Photoshop.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the image to get a better look at this image.
