Not only do you have to wait for the right moment but you also have to have a good deal of knowledge and experience to obtain\u00a0a good outcome. \u00a0This is especially true when the sun is above the horizon. \u00a0It gets easier (and more rewarding) if you can catch the last rays of light. This was the case when I traveled to Maui earlier this year and captured the image below. I really wanted to find a great sunset spot and I was eager to try out my new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leefilters.com\/index.php\/camera\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lee Filters<\/a>. I found a volcanic rock peninsula next to Kapalua Bay so I scouted the site during the day and figured it would be a good spot to do some sunset exposures. The camera was set on Aperture priority mode with the aperture set at f\/22, shutter speed at 2.5 seconds and the ISO was set at 50. For this image I also used my Lee Filters which included a circular polarizer and a 3-stop (.9ND) neutral density filter.
