I was attracted to this flower by the clump of bubbles on its stem. I am not sure where it came from and whether it is something the plant produced or if it came from an insect. My sense is the latter. The camera was set on Manual mode with the aperture set at f\/5.6, shutter speed at 1\/100th of a second and the ISO set at 400. I used a tripod for stability and my <a href=\"http:\/\/tkahler.com\/blog\/glossary\/kirk-fr-2-focusing-rail\/\">Kirk Focusing Rail<\/a> to obtain 10 images which I brought together into one image using Photoshop and the focus stacking technique.
