Once the workshop was over I headed out to the park to photograph the sunset. The forecast was for great clouds and it did not disappoint. I headed to the Cap Rock area, the same place where I took the photograph that I posted a few days ago. Photographing the Cap Rock sunset was amazing. The skies kept building and the colors more intense. The camera was set on Manual mode with the aperture set at f\/16, shutter speed at 1\u00a0second and the ISO set at 100. I used a tripod\u00a0for stability. This is a series of three bracketed images (-1, 0, +1) brought together into a single image using Lightroom&#8217;s HDR feature. I then completed the image in Photoshop using Nik Color Efex Pro.<\/p>\n<p>You can see my new gallery for\u00a0Joshua Tree NP by clicking <a href=\"http:\/\/tkahler.com\/blog\/joshua-tree-np\/\">here<\/a>.
