It is a short walk down the Continental Divide Trail from the famous landmark. It was a rainy day so we were lucky to get some nice, stormy clouds to contrast against the plume of steam rising from the geyser.<\/p>\n<p>The geyser is a cone geyser that is noted for the particularly large deposits which form its cone. The camera was set on Manual\u00a0mode with the aperture set at f\/18, shutter speed at 1\/4th of a second and the ISO set at 100. I used a tripod for stability.
