A trio of Yellowstone Casualties along the Fountain Paint Pot Nature Trail in Yellowstone National Park. This area has quite a few lodgepole pine trees that could no longer tolerate the toxic waters that flow nearby. They still provide beauty to its visitors and they are a symbol of how harsh the conditions are in the park.
This image was taken with my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV using my Canon EF 16-35 mm f/4 Lens set on 16mm. The camera was set on Manual mode with the aperture set at f/8, shutter speed at 1/500th of a second and the ISO set at 100. I hand-held the camera for this image. This is a single image processed in Lightroom then finalized in Photoshop using Nik Color Efex Pro.
